This year’s export contains limited activity and attendance data. These figures show what has been recorded in the supplied export, rather than the full extent of community engagement.
Activity records through the year
Quarterly community measures
Youth figures count registration records for ages 11–24. Advocacy participation records count distinct activity–registration pairs on Advocacy activities; they are not a count of all case-management referrals, unique people, or confirmed service completions. All recorded case-management referrals are shown separately below from the all-time case-management summary. Manual measures are shown only where entered. “Not reported” means an entered value is unavailable. Shared committee measures are shown by community and are not summed across neighborhoods. These measures are not added to activity or case-management totals.

About these numbers
Activity figures count dated records assigned to each community in the database snapshot, not unique events or people. A record with attendance means at least one attendance entry was recorded. Records may describe recurring services or the same activity across several communities. Future-dated records are excluded. TBCC-wide and CPS records are excluded from the seven-community totals because they cannot be assigned reliably to a neighborhood. East Englewood is displayed as Englewood.
Attendance totals are withheld while repeated figures across community records are reviewed. FY 2025 covers July 1, 2024–June 30, 2025. FY 2026 covers July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026. Case-management figures come from a separate all-time export and are not added to activity totals. Referrals are recorded referral entries, not confirmed service completions. Activity and quarterly measures are a database snapshot as of October 26, 2026, not a live feed.
